• Quickly obtain a quote for a new auto insurance policy with The General®.
• Make payments, schedule payments, split payments across different methods, or pay with cash (Powered by PayNearMe).
• Access your ID cards immediately after signing in for the first time. Rotate your phone to landscape view to view virtual ID cards. For legal ID cards, open the PDF version.
• Start and submit new claims or track the status of existing claims.
• Utilize the Help Center for frequently asked questions. Chat or call during business hours or schedule a call-back at your convenience.
• Flexible login options using your email address, policy number, Facebook account, Google account, or biometrics (fingerprint or face).
